The cost to design a Custom-Made Cartoon Clipart for which you own Exclusive Rights is $50 per subject ( may
vary according to complexity). The cost to design a Royalty-Free Custom Cartoon Clipart is $25 per subject ( may
vary according to complexity).  This means, although you will be the first to use the artwork, I retain the right to
resell the image in the future. I usually return all inquiries same day! You will first receive the image in a
low-resolution GIF. Upon approval I will send you a Paypal invoice. Upon payment I will send you the image in the
following File Formats:
Small JPG ( 4" wide, 72 dpi ) , LargeJPG ( 6.5" wide, 300 dpi ) , Transparent PNG & GIF, PDF, SVG,
Unlimited sizes in EPS & AI Vector formats.
